Effective date: April 17, 2024
Last updated: September 2026
TMR Signs & Graphics ("TMR," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, place an order, use an online store operated by us, contact us by telephone, email, web form, or text message, visit our business, or otherwise interact with us.
By using our website or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by law, we will request it separately.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact information, such as your name, business or organization name, mailing or delivery address, email address, and telephone number.
Order and transaction information, including products or services requested, sizes, quantities, customization choices, order history, invoices, deposits, and payment status.
Design and production content, such as logos, photographs, names, artwork, files, proofs, garment details, and other materials you submit for a project.
Communications, including emails, text messages, web-form submissions, customer-service notes, and, when notice and consent are provided, recordings or transcripts of telephone calls.
Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages visited, and cookie or analytics data.
Any other information you voluntarily provide to us.
We may receive information directly from you, automatically through our website, or from service providers involved in operating our business, such as website hosts, online-store platforms, communications providers, payment processors, shipping providers, and analytics providers.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes;
Create, process, produce, deliver, and support orders;
Prepare artwork, proofs, invoices, receipts, and online-store listings;
Communicate about estimates, proof approvals, payments, production, pickup, delivery, and customer service;
Send text messages when the recipient has consented to receive them;
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website, services, and business operations;
Train staff, document customer instructions, monitor service quality, resolve disputes, and maintain business records;
Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other unlawful activity; and
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy and Consent
When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages from TMR Signs & Graphics, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Messages may include quote follow-ups, proof or artwork approvals, order-status updates, invoice or payment reminders, pickup or delivery notices, customer-service messages, and other communications related to your request or business relationship with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, orders, and interactions with us. Messages may be recurring while an order, project, or customer-service matter is active.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges apply.
You may opt out of future text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your request. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through a non-SMS method when necessary to complete an existing transaction, respond to your request, or comply with law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that help us deliver and manage text messages, such as our communications provider and mobile carriers, but only as needed to provide those services, operate our business, or comply with law. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Telephone Call Recording
We may record certain inbound or outbound telephone calls for staff training, quality assurance, documentation of customer instructions and approvals, dispute resolution, and protection of our customers and business.
We will provide notice before recording begins and will obtain consent when required by applicable law. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us when notice is provided and do not continue the recorded call. We will make a reasonable effort to offer another way to communicate, such as an unrecorded call when available, email, or text messaging. We will not intentionally record a confidential telephone communication without the consent required by law.
Recordings and any related transcripts or notes may be accessible to authorized TMR personnel and to service providers that host, transmit, transcribe, secure, or support our telephone system. They may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We retain recordings only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, accounting, dispute, or operational requirements.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
Service providers that support website hosting, online stores, communications, SMS delivery, call recording, payment processing, bookkeeping, production, shipping, analytics, data storage, and security;
Vendors or production partners that help fulfill an order, when information is needed to produce or deliver the requested product or service;
Professional advisers, such as accountants, insurers, consultants, or attorneys;
Government authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or prevent fraud; or
A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by law.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction details and payment status, but payment-card or financial-account information submitted directly to a payment provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy and security practices. Please review the applicable provider's policy before submitting payment information.
7. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website or service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website traffic, improve performance, and help protect against fraud. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some website features may not function correctly afterward.
Our website may not respond to all browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required, we will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including completion of orders, customer service, recordkeeping, warranty or dispute handling, legal compliance, tax and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it was collected.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission, telephone system, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may request access to or correction or deletion of certain personal information, or ask a question about our privacy practices, by contacting us below. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Certain information may be retained when required or permitted by law, including transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-compliance records.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws. These may include rights to know about personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights, to the extent those laws apply. TMR does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

11. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents, guardians, schools, teams, or organizations may provide information needed to create or fulfill youth-related orders. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to websites, online stores, payment services, social-media platforms, or other services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and TMR is not responsible for those practices.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated in another reasonable manner when required by law.
